GameSalad heats up at Comic Con 2011

Last week, a team of GameSalad employees made the trip to sunny California to exhibit at the 2011 San Diego Comic Con International.

Comic Con International is a four day event held at the San Diego convention center. Featuring everything from comics, film, TV, and video games, Comic Con explores all aspects of popular arts and entertainment culture. Along with panels, seminars, and workshops with comic book professionals, there are previews of upcoming feature films, portfolio review sessions with top comic book and video game companies.

At Comic Con, GameSalad was prominently featured with a booth in the Exhibit Hall. We enjoyed meeting with artists and comic and game enthusiasts. Particularly, we were excited to promote and explore the future of motion comics made through the GameSalad creator tool. The ability to quickly convert comic art into moveable, interactive media has the potential to innovate the way the future of comics as an art form.
