iD Tech Camps are a summer program offered on more than 60 university campuses in 25 states nationwide. The world’s #1 tech camp for kids, iD Tech Camps instruct students aged 7 to 17 on tech topics including robotics, programming, video game development, and design.
Last summer for iD Tech Camp’s 13th annual session, we were honored to be included in their key technology curriculum. The GameSalad tool was taught in the session “Game Design for iPhone and iPads.” Through iD Tech camps, GameSalad software was introduced to nearly 20,000 students and 600 instructors.

A new addition to the iD Tech program is the recently launched web resource, iD Tech 365. Now, technologically savvy students can learn year round with online tutorials and web projects. Included in their library of resources are a comprehensive set of 14 GameSalad tutorials. These tutorials are a great resource for a step by step walkthrough of our software for the new and inexperienced developer. For more great coverage on GameSalad and iD Tech Camps, visit CNET.
