Files App Updated

We're still hard at work on the new Emailer app and it's getting close to launch time. In the mean time, we've made a few small updates to the Files app to make your life a little easier.The biggest change is that now you can add the same file to multiple folders. This will prevent you from having to upload multilpe copies of the same file just to display them in different file lists on your site. Also I fixed a few outstanding bugs and made some small UI improvements.
