Yahoo Japan Launches Android App Store

Yahoo Japan announced today the launch of its own Android App Store, called Yahoo Market. Making this significant move, Yahoo Japan solidifies itself one of the biggest search engines on the web and one of the largest websites in Asia. Currently, the App Store provides reviews and ratings for existing applications on Google’s Android Market. Yahoo Market in Japan will begin selling apps in 2012.
