Calling all OtherInbox users! It's that time of year again, the 2nd annual Shorty Awards nominations are NOW OPEN!"The Shorty Awards are a worldwide effort to engage hundreds of thousands of Twitter users to identify the best people and organizations of Twitter" and we would love your support in nominating OtherInbox for a Shorty Award in customer service.
