Tip of the week: Use your Daily Digest to the fullest.

Everyday, we at OtherInbox send out hundreds of thousands of Daily Digest emails to our subscribers. The Daily Digest is the fastest and easiest way to go through your-not-so-important emails. Let’s have a quick rundown on how best to use your Daily Digest. The Gist-The Daily Digest exists to show you the who, when, what and how many of your daily email.

Right off the bat you can see how quickly going over one Daily Digest can save you a ton of time and effort! Your not-so-important email is still there, just not in your face. Be sure to keep an eye on your folders, they are waiting for you there.Skip your email for a couple of days? Not a problem. Skim through your Daily Digests and you’ll see what kind of activity you had that day and whether or not you need to drill down further. Easy!TIP- Gmail and Google Apps users can simply click on the subject to go right to the email! Special Messages-Right under the date is an area we use to send you relevant messages. Notifications of new senders and more will show up here. In the example below, we make sure you are aware of how to create custom folders in Organizer. Keep your eyes peeled for new and exciting updates here.

Coupons and Shipping Notices-We know what’s important- Buying stuff and getting it to you. We highlight any coupons and shipping notices so you don’t have to dig for them. They are right on top.

You can click right on the TRACK link to see where your package is and even add the delivery date to your calendar. Try it out next time, the Daily Digest is here to make your online life easier! Sender Reviews-See the little number next to some senders? That shows how many Sender Reviews they have on oib.me.Oib.me is a free, crowd-sourced site where you and others can review and rate email marketers! Think an online, unbiased database for email marketers.

Oib.me only exists so that you have a voice in telling others about your experience with email marketers. The site works best when you review the good and the not so good… so review away!
