OrgSync Mobile Organization Registration & Form Reviewers To-Do Lists Timesheet Filters
OrgSync Mobile We’re excited to announce the release of OrgSync mobile. The mobile web application is essentially a mobile website but has the look and feel of a native iPhone application. To access OrgSync on your phone, simply go to http://www.orgsync.com on your mobile browser and the application will automatically load. We encourage you to check it out. Organization Registration & Form Reviewer Have you ever needed multiple reviewers to approve an organization registration or renewal form before it reaches your office? Well this may be your lucky day! The reviewer element allows you to require an alternate reviewer for all Organization Registration requests and the user submitting the form must define who the reviewer is. For example, if you needed an organization registration form to be reviewed and approved by the organization advisor, the student completing the form will need to insert the advisor’s email in the required “Reviewer” field. Then, once the student completes the form, OrgSync will send an email to the advisor requiring them to review and approve the form. Once the advisor approves the form, it will be sent to the umbrella administrator for final approval and review. Additionally, there is an option to attach any forms the reviewer must fill out before they can approve the organization’s registration form and which the umbrella administrator requires. Also, the reviewer option is available on any form in OrgSync! Here is a sequence of videos describing this new feature.

To-Do Lists You may have noticed our team gave to-do lists a small face-lift. We have added a progress bar to each list so you can see how far away you are to completing each list and made the priority level of each task stand out more so that you can see which tasks need more attention. Remember, you can always access your to-dos anytime from OrgSync Mobile and you can create new lists and tasks while you’re on the go.
Timesheet Filters Filters have now been added to the Timesheets module. Administrators can filter by account group or semester based on how your campus is set up. Filtered results can be exported to an Excel or CSV file. Although this may seem like a small addition, we’ve had many of our clients ask for a much easier method to filter through their timesheets and once again we’re happy to have delivered.
