We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative with at least two years of phone customer support and sales experience with a great attitude. Our Customer Service/ Sales Team answers customer calls, emails and live chat inquiries for both pre and post-order customers. We expect each team member to be fully knowledgeable about our product suite in order to successfully cross and up-sell customers. CSRs are also expected to identify and communicate technical problems with the order process to the appropriate departments and provide feedback to the marketing department on customer requests and trends. The information our Customer Service Sales Team gleans from our customers is vital to the evolution and success of our business.

Our business is growing by leaps and bounds, so we need a candidate who can be flexible in the work environment and adapt well to changing schedules, protocols and practices. Agents will be required to perform related tasks additional to these outlined job duties from time to time.

Responsibilities: *Ensure that our customers have a “WOW!” experience each time they contact us

Professionally assist 60-75+ callers while responding to 20+ customer/prospect emails daily
Mastering information contained in our website including product information, use of our customization tool, status and delivery of products and more
Up-sell products and services creating and seizing opportunities to improve conversion rates
Troubleshoot and solve customer issues

Be courteous and helpful always!

Qualifications: *At least two years of experience in a call center environment with inbound and outbound sales calls (outbound sales calls can be substituted for face to face direct sales experience).

Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in sign industry is highly preferred
Sales experience is mandatory!

Flexibility for occasionally changing shift schedule and at least one Saturday shift per month

We’re seeking a wickedly smart Integration Analyst/Developer to design, build, and support the future growth of an innovative online platform which will significantly reduce the time it takes to implement SaaS. This full-time position is tailored specifically for those experienced with web services and third-party application integration. The developer will provide integration analysis, development, and support for the company’s flagship product. In doing so, the ideal candidate will help build connectors that will communicate with other SaaS applications using their web service APIs. This includes working closely with the System Architect to make sure the Flywheel API exposes all of the features of the UI and any additional features that may be required for integration. The position requires the use of C#/.NET to communicate with WSDL and REST/XML web services.

Essential Job Functions

• Analyze the market to determine which applications to integrate with
• Develop code that connects into those applications
• Assist in the development of the company’s product API for the purposes of implementing it as a value-added service
• Work closely with the System Architect to make sure the Flywheel API exposes all of the features of the UI and any additional features that may be required for integration
• Develop and maintain the company’s Connector Software Development Kit (SDK)
• Take ownership of the company’s product API and SDK
• Provide integration-related technical support to customers and partners as it relates to the product API and SDK

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithm, and enterprise systems
• C#, including but not limited to object-oriented practices, code reusability, inheritance, encapsulation and generics
• 1+ years of ASP.NET Web Services, including but not limited to class libraries, web service applications, web services (consumption)
• Visual Studio Unit Tests
